Whether you’ve just recently been injured or you’ve been in pain for years, we can very likely help even if you’ve tried other forms of treatment. A number of things set us apart from most physical therapy clinics. Do you see Medicare/Medicaid patients?Yes. We are an participating provider for Medicare and Utah Medicaid.

What insurance do you accept?We accept all Medicare, Medicaid, insured and uninsured patients. We are an in-network therapy clinic for all insurances listed on the insurance tab at this time. We currently working on becoming in-network providers for other private insurances.

What is an "out-of-network" clinic"An out-of-network practice is one which has not contracted with your insurance company for reimbursement at a negotiated rate. We do not have hidden fees or bills that will be sent after treatment is provided. What you pay at the time of service is everything for that session. We will provide you with a "Superbill" to send for reimbursment from your insurance if applicable.

Do you see pediatric patients?Yes, our physical therapist has extensive background working with children and their families. We are here to assist each child in reaching their maximum potential to function independently and to promote active participation in home, school, and community environments
